Upcoming Event: The Studio Visit art critique 4/27

THE STUDIO VISIT hosts an art critique and open forum at PPW on Wednesday, April 27th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Moderated by Karyn Miller, Director of Visual Arts at Cultural Development Corporation (CuDC)

The Studio Visit is a blog that takes readers inside the studios of artists in DC, nationally, and abroad. They also host a monthly art critique and forum featuring local artists in a wide range of mediums and in different stages of their career. The monthly sessions are held in different spaces around the city, and Pleasant Plains Workshop is excited to co-host in April.

There are two slots left for
artists to present their work to the group and partake in a discussion led by Karyn Miller.

Artists interested in presenting work should email pleasantplainsworkshop@gmail.com with images and/or a link to their web site by April 13th. Selected artists
can bring in physical works (or works in progress) or they can bring images or video clips on a disk. Presenting artists will receive a gift card to Utrecht.

Space is limited, so those interested in attending should also email pleasantplainsworkshop@gmail.com to reserve a spot (there is no fee to present or attend)
