Upcoming Event: The Studio Visit art critique 4/27

The Studio Visit is a blog that takes readers inside the studios of artists in DC, nationally, and abroad. They also host a monthly art critique and forum featuring local artists in a wide range of mediums and in different stages of their career. The monthly sessions are held in different spaces around the city, and Pleasant Plains Workshop is excited to co-host in April.
There are two slots left for artists to present their work to the group and partake in a discussion led by Karyn Miller.
Artists interested in presenting work should email pleasantplainsworkshop@gmail.com with images and/or a link to their web site by April 13th. Selected artists can bring in physical works (or works in progress) or they can bring images or video clips on a disk. Presenting artists will receive a gift card to Utrecht.
Space is limited, so those interested in attending should also email pleasantplainsworkshop@gmail.com to reserve a spot (there is no fee to present or attend)

Saturdays at the Plains
Most days of the week, Anthony and I are tinkering away in the studio- working on new projects, doing custom jobs, and experimenting with new materials.. On Saturdays, we open our doors to the public so you can see what we've been up to and so you can scope out our wares! Posters, tee shirts, original artworks, vintage clothing, and more..
Also on Saturdays we sometimes have guest artists perform, host trunk shows or have drawing sessions.. each week is different. Stay tuned for our upcoming event calendar. To receive emails about our events, sign up by emailing: pleasantplainsworkshop@gmail.com
